Very happy!lost 1 lb in one day, it didn't happen to me in a long long time!Usually I lose tiny amounts of weight every 3-4 days, so I was very surprised this morning!

Finally! I've wanted to see this number for a looooong time. I just hope that in April I will lose more weight than last month. My goal is 138 by April 30. Or is it too ambitious?

I'm losing weight at snail's pace. If I reach my goal of 145 by the end of March I will be very happy.

For the past 3 days I've been weighing at 148.8. Do you want to know how I overcame my plateau? I just ate what I wanted for 1 day! And 2 days later 2 lbs were gone! Weird I know, but I had a feeling that having a break from Dukan for just 1 day might help. And it did!

Let me tell you this weight is not coming off easy! I will try to write down what I eat, just to see if I'm doing it right this morning I mixed non fat cottage cheese with 1 egg, some nonfat yogurt and 1 tablespoon of nonfat powdered milk, and baked for 20 minutes. I don't even know to call this dish, but it was OK. Coffee with milk, zero coke at work and then 1/2 of small rotisserie chicken (with skin, I know it's bad). For dinner I plan to have yogurt with oatbran and teaspoon of cocoa.

After 9 days of stagnation I finally lost a pound! I feel much better now:) Tomorrow it will be exactly 4 weeks since I started Dukan, and the total loss is 10.7 lbs.
