After 9 days of stagnation I finally lost a pound! I feel much better now:) Tomorrow it will be exactly 4 weeks since I started Dukan, and the total loss is 10.7 lbs.

plateau?already?

I've been stuck on 152 all week and it's really frustrating. I re-read Dukan's chapter about plateau, increased my walking and water intake, didn't eat any low-fat cheese or yogurts. And actually did zumba and yoga twice this week, it was only 20 minutes, but for me it's a big deal, since I absolutely hate exercising.

3 weeks

Weight: 152.6 9 lbs lost I have to confess: I cheated on Saturday, hubby and I went for a lunch to celebrate Valentine's day. I had 1 margarita and duck with LOTS of sweet berry sauce. So I didn't lose any weight for the past few days, even though I did 2 PP days in a row. I will try to walk more this week.

Day 10

155.6 - and I couldn't be happier Tomorrow my friend's birthday and we are going out, so it will be a challenge to stick with Dukan, but I'll try my best.

quick update

I finished attack phase on Saturday, today my weight is 157.2. I hoped for 155, but I'll take whatever I get! So far, I'm feeling great and very motivated (which is soooooo important). On Saturday I had dukan friendly dessert, it didn't taste like real chocolate truffles but overall was very good!The recipe is here http://www.fitnesstreats.com/2011/06/dukan-chocolate-desserts/
