Let me tell you this weight is not coming off easy!
I will try to write down what I eat, just to see if I'm doing it right
this morning I mixed non fat cottage cheese with 1 egg, some nonfat yogurt and 1 tablespoon of nonfat powdered milk, and baked for 20 minutes. I don't even know to call this dish, but it was OK. Coffee with milk, zero coke at work and then 1/2 of small rotisserie chicken (with skin, I know it's bad).
For dinner I plan to have yogurt with oatbran and teaspoon of cocoa.
