Attack phase-Day 2

weight: 160.5 Breakfast: smoked trout and coffee with 1/% milk (this is how I always drink my coffee, so to save time from now on I will write just "coffee" At work: 2 cups of coffee, diet red bull (I have no energy whatsoever and literally falling asleep!) 1/3 of whole rotisserie chicken Snack: WW string cheese For dinner I plan to have small piece of skirt steak that I cooked yesterday. and lots of water as usual

It's been over a year since I posted here, but I need to come back and start doing this again, just to keep track of things. It's embarrassing but for the past year I've been doing what I usually do the best yo-yoing. I gain, I lose, then gain again..you know the drill. For my October vacation I got to 148-149 lbs, then I just stopped watching what I eat. I really didn't want to weigh myself today, I knew that I wouldn't like what I see. But here it goes: 161.7. I thought that I will never (and I actually promised it myself) go over 159 mark again, but it happened. It feels like I let myself down, again. But I don't want to beat myself up for this, I want to fight, I want to start over and hope that this time I win. Today is day 1 Weight: 161.7 Mini-goal: 155 (hope to reach by February 4)
