Attack phase-Day 2

weight: 160.5 Breakfast: smoked trout and coffee with 1/% milk (this is how I always drink my coffee, so to save time from now on I will write just "coffee" At work: 2 cups of coffee, diet red bull (I have no energy whatsoever and literally falling asleep!) 1/3 of whole rotisserie chicken Snack: WW string cheese For dinner I plan to have small piece of skirt steak that I cooked yesterday. and lots of water as usual
