plateau?already?

I've been stuck on 152 all week and it's really frustrating. I re-read Dukan's chapter about plateau, increased my walking and water intake, didn't eat any low-fat cheese or yogurts. And actually did zumba and yoga twice this week, it was only 20 minutes, but for me it's a big deal, since I absolutely hate exercising.
