Attack...again

I can be proud of myself: today I had perfect protein day, and no cheating!
Breakfast: 3 thin slices of veal roulet (courtesy of deli), coffee with 2% milk
Lunch: jerk chicken breast
Dinner: 1 piece of lox and coffee
Lots of water, but I'm always good with my water intake.
20 min of walking
