Today's weight : 156.5.
it seems that 156 is a magic number, I've been trying to get past it for a month now!
Breakfast: chicken patty and 2 slices of salami, tea
Snack: WW string cheese
Lunch: about 1/3 of whole rotisserie chicken
Snack # 2: sugar free jello
I'm snacking a lot today:(

Hello Masha, I just have a suggestion that may work...even though I have the same problem when it comes to 14 stone (196 lbs) – well, that's not strictly true because in November I did go down to 187 KG before I panicked. This time I intend to go beyond that and if possible get to 159 lbs (my dukan goal weight).
ReplyDeleteOne thing that helped me get past 196 lbs in November was the dukan idea of going one hour of walking instead of the recommended 30 (or basically doubling your exercise) for one week. I'd be interested to hear that works for you. Good luck
