this is actually amazing how I can't get my scales to move towards 155

    Hang in there -- you WILL get down past 155!

  2. Keep at it, Masha! You'll get your whoosh soon! Maybe try adding an extra 15 mins to your exercise regime? Dukan says that that can help. :)
