This morning I was 163, it means 4,5lbs lost.
I guess it's not bad, but still I need to reach Dukan's webiste goal of 5,7 lbs. So I have one day-today, to lose one more lb before weigh in tomorrow that will conclude my attack phase.
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette, coffee with 1% milk
Lunch: chicken and beef kabob
Snack: lowfat string cheese
Water: 2 litres
Exercise: none:( I think I will have to clean the house to get my share of exercise today
